Do you have flexible lease terms?

Yes! We offer lease terms from 6-24 months. We have individual pricing for each apartment and lease term. This pricing varies depending on the apartment home and lease length you choose. Please contact us for specific pricing information.

What is an individual lease? Do you offer individual leases & co-living?

​We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared common spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.

What is the application process like?

​We work to provide a smooth application process. We review applications in accordance with all applicable Fair Housing Laws. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old and provide proof of income (three times the monthly market rent). We do have a verification process for previous residency, criminal background check, and a credit check. For your convenience, we offer online applications. 

Is there an application fee?

​Yes, the current application fee is $50 per applicant. (Amount subject to change.)

Is there a deposit and how much is it?

There is a $100 holding deposit to begin an application. The amount of the deposit can vary from $300 to the amount of 1 full month of rent. (Amount subject to change.)

Can I come and tour?

​Yes, we love to show off our amazing community. Please contact us to schedule a personal tour.

When is rent due, are there late fees, and is there a grace period?

​Rent is due on the first day of the month. There are late fees that are determined based on the total balance owed. There is a grace period until the third day of the month. 

Are utilities included in the rent?

Our residents do pay for their own utilities. This includes gas, electricity, water, sewer, and trash. Our on-site team is always happy to provide average costs based on the size of apartment home you are looking for.

Is renter's insurance required?

​Yes. We do require renter's insurance with a minimum $100,000 personal liability policy. We also encourage residents' to get personal property insurance. 

Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like Airbnb or VRBO?

​Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

Are there any amenities?

Yes. Our community is full of amazing amenities. Our amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a stocked lake for fishing and paddle boat adventures. We have a dog park, playground, fitness center, conference room, newly renovated rentable space for parties and so much more. There is nothing you will want more from our community.

Do you have garage parking?

​Yes. Our community offers attached garage parking, with an elevator to take you right to your floor. Our parking garages are clean and well-lit to welcome you home each day.

Do you have package lockers/how do I get my packages?

​Yes. We have Amazon hub in the fitness center building,  and locker access is available 24/7 for residents' convenience.

Are apartments cable ready? Is there a separate charge?

​Yes, apartments are cable ready. Residents choose and pay for their cable carrier. 

Are there washers and dryers in the apartments?

​Although we do not have washers and dryers in our apartments, there are laundry rooms on every floor. There are several benefits to laundry rooms. 1. you can wash and dry multiple loads at one time 2. you are not spending the money on utilities to run these appliances. 3. your home will not feel the heat and humidity from running these appliances.

What are the hours of the laundry facility?

​Each floor in each building has washers/dryers available 24/7. 

What are the hours for the fitness center?

​Hours for the fitness center are from 5 AM - 11 PM Mon-Sun. 

What are the hours for the pools?

​The indoor pool is open  daily from 5 AM - 11 PM.  The outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The hours are 9 AM - 9 PM daily. Head on over for a swim today! 

What are the hours for the business center? Is it set up for working remotely?

The hours for the business center are 9 AM - 6 PM, M-F & 9 AM - 5 PM, Sat, and we do have complimentary wireless internet available in there. If you consistently work remotely, consider one of our apartments with a den! 

What school district serves the community? High Schools? Junior High? Middle Schools? Elementary School?

The high school district serving this area is the Township High School District 214. Area schools include Wheeling High School and Oliver W Holmes Middle School.

Is there public transportation nearby? What stop is closest?

​Yes, there is a PACE bus stop right outside the community. 

Are you near any major transportation routes? Which ones?

We are conveniently located near Hwy 53, 83, and I-94, and I-294.

Are BBQ grills available? What kind of grills do you have?

Yes, we have charcoal and gas grills on site.

Do you offer valet trash and/or recycling service?

No, we do not.

Do you allow pets?

​Yes, we are a very pet-friendly community. Our community offers miles of walking paths and a dog park. Cats are welcome anywhere in the community. We have several dog-friendly buildings. There are some restrictions on dog size and breed. You can find our full pet policy on our website or contact our knowledgeable leasing team to get more information.

What is the smoking policy? Can I smoke in my apartment? Is there a designated smoking area?

We have not designated as a complete no-smoking community. Your private space is not mandated, however, we do encourage smoking outside. It is the responsibility of our residents to ensure their lifestyle does not disturb the rights of others. To help accomplish that, we do provide smoke-free areas including but not limited to: shared/common spaces (like the pool, clubhouse, and other amenity spaces), hallways, elevators, lobbies, laundry rooms, and storage rooms. 

What is the parking situation? Is parking assigned? Is there a fee or permit required for parking? What about guest parking?

Our community offers attached garage parking, with an elevator to take you right to your floor for an additional fee. Our parking garages are clean and well-lit to welcome you home each day. Open outdoor parking is also available for free. Guests may park in the open lot. 

When were these apartments built? Have there been any renovations?

​These apartments were built in 1982. We have completed renovations to keep them updated and modern.

Is the apartment set up for working remotely?

​Yes — and our apartments with a den are a great option if you need a dedicated workspace separate from your main living area. 

Do the apartments have air conditioning?

​Yes, apartments have central air to help you maintain the perfect temperature whatever the season may be. 

What kind of kitchen appliances are in the apartment?

​Our apartments feature stainless steel appliances including stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, and dishwashers. 

What type of flooring do the apartments have?

​The kitchen and bath areas have tile for easy clean-up, with carpeting in other areas of the apartment. 

Is there a bathtub or just a shower? Are they together or separate?

​Each apartment has a tub and shower combination setup. 

Are the apartments furnished?

​We suggest working with local furniture companies for all of your furniture needs.
