|Recommended: YesI have been calling this apartment complex my home since 2021, and hope to be here for many years to come. It is not only situated on beautifully maintained acreage, but offers a friendly and safe environment. Any needed maintenance to my apartment is easily requested and promptly attended to by the most courteous, friendly and professional maintenance staff. Although this is an older complex, one would not know it due to the excellent maintenance and the apartments being luxurious. There is underground parking available via two elevators. This place has checked everything on my list of desired things in an apartment except individual laundry units in each apartment. Each floor is equipped with two larger capacity washing machines and dryers, centrally located, and operated by your credit card. I have found the set-up to be more than adequate. Although this is a large complex, the placement of the buildings and general lay-out allows for a feeling of openness and space. EXCELLENT

|Recommended: YesDownsizing — Apartments are great accept for the very cold patio door. Love the amenities but it took 3 years to repair. The property manager “Devon” lacks in customer service, she always seems ambivalent to any issues but her support staff is amazing especially Daniella. Daniella is very responsive and even if it is something she can’t figure out she will make you feel important and find a solution or atleast show some empathy. Daniela has great customer service skills.

Hi, thank you for the review. I reviewed the repairs you were requesting a status on, which was on our hot tub. This was a problematic fix that took longer than expected since we were coordinating with outside vendors. Emails did go on to the property throughout the time it was not working. However, a fixed date could not be given. The good news is that we finally got it fixed, which now all our residents can enjoy.
|Recommended: NoBad aministration equals bad experience — Trying to get the plastics for the windows should not be something to be dealt with when the weather starts getting cold. This is something that should have been delt with over the summer. Our baby has been coughing all night during these cold nights because the cold breeze keeps getting through our windows. It is difficult to believe that with all the amount of money that you receive from the rent that you are still finding it difficult to pruchase these plastics. This is something top priority and we should be informed every day about the status of this situation. There is not a shortage of these products in the state, so the administration ought to get them no matter how much price it costs. It's the same with other issues such as the hot tub. Everytime I go into the office I hear some new resident asking about it and the answer is always the same, We are going to send an email about that during these days , same answer from August until today.
Thank you for your review. We try to keep our residents informed in all areas—emails were sent to our residents on the status of plastic for the windows and the hot tub. There was a shortage of plastic for commercial use from the designated vendor we use. Yes, you could have found the plastic in your local stores, which all are welcome to purchase and install. We do the installation as a courtesy. Our hot tub was problematic to repair; however, we got it done!

|Recommended: NoNeeds a lot of work — Hace had so many issues and the place is always filthy. It seems like no one cares about setting expectations or standards. Getting anyone to actually help solve situations takes months. Things have slowly been improving but still the grounds are dirty and my building always has trash everywhere.

We addressed every one of your calls immediately, whether it was a maintenance issue in your apartment, someone who did not place their trash down the shoot, or bottles left in the parking lot. In apartment living, it is a challenge to have all residents take pride in their place and the area they are living in. We appreciate you taking pride.
|Recommended: YesNeed improvements — 1. The condos need garbage bins we see that glass bottles are thrown around the garbage bins used to be there and it is remove please keep them back 2. Every building just needs two cameras one at the mailbox and another at the entrance. This would remove the need to have amazon locker and the hassle elderly residents go thro' to fetch the packages.
