|Recommended: YesStaying at LakeHouse - Best Decision of my Life — I am writing this review at a time where we are stuck inside the house and I cant thank my colleague enough who referred me at LakeHouse This is my second apartment in this community and I have thoroughly enjoyed staying here, the surroundings, the Lake side walks and the overall peaceful and pleasant vibe. All the staff in office and the maintenance guys are excellent and I have never faced any issues till date in my stay here.

The property is clean and peaceful and I am surprised it doesn't seem noisier and busier - especially with everyone sheltering in place. I am in a dog-friendly building, but I can't hear anyones dogs but my own when I am in my apartment. This is my first apartment in over 20 years and it is great so far

|Recommended: YesGreat Move for Us — We moved into our first floor, 3-bedroom Lake House apartment at the beginning of summer, which allowed us to enjoy the lake view patio and the pools all summer long. While we had to downsize a little when moving out of our 3-bedroom house, the apartment affords us plenty of room for family, friends, and guests, with plenty of parking and easy access to our secure building. Any time we've needed anything fixed, which is rare, the office and maintenance staff have responded quickly to meet our needs.
As for noise, we occasionally hear footsteps from the unit above us, it's not bad at all. I've never heard any noise coming from the unit next to us, except in very rare instances. You can hear voices in the hallway, which is to be expected, but they are not annoyingly loud.
Building construction is sturdy, and both the building and grounds are well kept and very clean. My only complaint, which is minor, is the draftiness from some of the windows, especially those on the west side of our building and unit. Even so, our utility bills are nothing compared to what we were used to in our house.
This is great place and community that we've come to really enjoy. The office staff are incredibly friendly yet professional. What I really appreciate is the fact that all of them recognize us and know our names, and this is not a small complex. Bottom line This was a great move for us, and we look forward to many years to come

|Recommended: YesI love living at Lake House. Very much a neighbor, staff, and pet friendly community. — Very comfortable and clean. I love my 5th floor fireplace. I really enjoy the pet friendly building, the do park, and walking around the lake with my dog. Even my dog is happier and we used to live in a house. The office staff are exceptionally friendly.
